Earth and What? The Folk would like to say a big thank you to everyone who
made Beats, Roots and Leaves a roaring success. We raised well in excess
of £3000 for Medicins Sans Frontieres' humanitarian work in Darfur.
In particular our thanks go to the Bridgewater Hall for the loan of the
desk and staging, Stumblefunk Soundsystem for the PA, Matt for the lights,
Ian for the marquee, Kelda for the living decor, John for the arty hands
and of course all our artists, DJs and volunteers. Finally, we're extremely
grateful to the management and staff of Jackson's Boat for the warm welcome
